    Job Description

    What Are We Looking For?-A "smile through the phone" attitude.-Technically savvy, able to be trained via Skype while staying engaged/asking questions, learn how to navigate a new system while assisting customers on the phone, and work with a dual monitor system.-Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.-Great customer service skills with a resourceful mindset.-Responds to customers professionally with integrity and accountability-Build TRUST by working as a team member, as well as independently, and coachable personality! -Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.- WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE (after 4-5 month performance review onsite, timeline may vary depending on individual's success and attendance).Requirements:- BILINGUAL SPANISH a PLUS- AT LEAST 1 year customer service or 3+ years of related experience- Flexibility with schedule and STRONG attendance record- Type 35-40 WPM AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
