    Job Description

    Seeking a devoted & passionate Mgr of Client Services. As the selected individual, you will: ? Develop current team members, evaluate needs of the business, create guidelines, coaching and succession planning and new structural opportunities to support the growing Torrid business ? Build foundation to provide white glove service across multiple channels including stores, e-commerce, social media, direct mail and all customer touchpoints ? Lead and participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives and represent the voice of the customer with all departments within Torrid ? Evaluate current off-shore outsource partner, implemented new pilot program with on-shore partner ?
