    CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATEWe are looking for a candidate with prior corporate and customer service knowledge to join our team and experience the support, camaraderie and satisfaction that comes from working with a family-oriented professional law firm. Applicants should be computer-knowledgeable, show a strong proficiency in verbal and written communication and be organized and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesYou will be in direct contact with clients? processing intake information, resolving any issues, request for assistanceAbility to respond promptly to client questions and concernsGuiding clients through the legal process through which we are engagedWorking with public offices and law firms on the client's behalfReviewing legal documentation ?attention to detail is a must.Multi-tasking effectivelyExcellent customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook software)Team playerGreat written and verbal communicationPrior Corporate knowledge and legal experience is preferred (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs)REQUIREMENTS:Two years of relevant experience in a professional office setting. Must have MS Office experience, and be comfortable with computers. Have the ability to work some Saturday mornings and weekday evenings when the firm has seminars.
