This Jr. Loan Processor Position Features:Experience:Loan Processing, 1 year (Preferred)Full Job DescriptionJr. Loan Processor / Office Assistant - Arcadia, CAThis candidate will be responsible to assist on the entire end-to-end mortgage loan process.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Obtain loan documents and information from loan officers and clientsOrganize documents and eFilingReview each loan file to verify that documents are accurate, and completeNotify supervisor immediately for discrepanciesOpen escrow, title and follow up with requested documentsHelp with loan process through mortgage software systemProcess VOEs, HOA Certs, EOI and appraisal ordersEnsure processing deadlines are metCommunicate and obtain documentations from HOA & insurance companiesPerform VOE and credit check for clientsAnswer and direct phone calls in a professional mannerHelp with loan approval and funding conditionsDuties as assignedQualifications:Associate Degree a PlusPrevious mortgage loan processing experience preferred but not requiredKnowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA and Non-QM loans a plusFast learner, punctual, detail oriented, organizedAble to accept constructive criticismGood time management skillsAble to work independently with minimum supervisionBe super initiativeAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAble to work weekends if neededMust be proficient in English and bilingual is a plusMust be computer literate, knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS office, Google Drive, OneDrive, Calyx PointSerious Applicants Only!Starting Salary: DOE - Monthly bonus based on performance after probation period.
