Growing and Dynamic company looking to hire MULTIPLE Call Center Customer Service Representatives. Call Center Experience is RequiredRESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze, respond to and follow up on Customer request and inquiries regarding company programs. Schedule in-home audit requests. Make independent decisions on which programs and/or services will best benefit customers. Act as consumers advocate. Conducts follow up with customers to measure implementation of recommendations and to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct telephone audits with customer, analyze results and discuss recommendations. Provide pre and post audit clerical support as needed. Send out brochures and collateral to customers on reactive basis. Provides various levels of assistance to managers, providing information to and processing requests from customers; working with outside vendors involved in the programs; tracking budget and other program activity; entering data and performing other computer functions; maintaining filing and data systems; verifying completeness of paperwork; identifying and resolving discrepancies and/or omissions; and communicating information regarding the programs both in oral and written form to others in the company as well as to vendors and customers. EDUCAITON/QUALIFICATIONS:? Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree ? Minimum 2 years experience working in a call center ? Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook ? Strong Data Entry Skills? MUST have excellent attendance and punctuality? MUST be able to meet daily quotas per day ?
