Fortune 500 firm has immediate opportunity for a Specialty Recruiter supporting the Investment and Private Banking line of business. Temporary assignment for a 3 month project, a 6 month extension is already approved and ideally would like to hire directly. 100% remote for now. When return to office, schedule is M-F days, 2 days remote, and 3 days reporting to local La Jolla hub.This role is recruiting professionals working in investment and private banking, so professionalism in presentation and written and verbal communication are essential. Familiarity with banking terminology and operations are a key to success with 3 to 5 years being ideal. We can consider candidates without recruiting experience provided the above criteria is met.Otherwise past banking experience combined with recruiting in banking, investments, lending, or even sales is desirable. 80% of candidate pool is derived from internal ATS with approximately 20% of the talent acquisition activities being direct sourcing.
