Reputable Financial client is seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience for an Accounting Support Associate position. Must have a Bachelors Degree - preferably in Finance/AccountingIn office Mon- Fri 8-5JOB EXPECTATIONS? Maintain deposit transactions in the system with accuracy? Assist account holders and third parties with account, transaction inquiries, and billing inquiries? Experience in data entry? Utilize Salesforce to input updates regarding assets held in clients? accounts? Utilize outlook to send emails to account holders? Perform periodic audit and assist the team in research projects ? Assist in other duties as assigned SKILLS REQUIRED? Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word? Knowledge of standard accounting procedures? Financial Services Experience? Client Facing Experience (phone and in person)? Must be able to communicate in a concise and clear manner? Must be customer service oriented ? Must be an active listener, demonstrate empathy?
