Immediate need for RGA/RMA Coordinator seeking a fast paced environment and high volume accounts to support. Excellent communication, organization and follow up skills will be keys to success in this dynamic, family-oriented organization. Will be responsible for Customer Care, Order entry and tracking, preparing shipping documents and RMA processing for an importer of electrical products. Big Box retailer account management required.
