    Job Description

    The Lead Community and Internship Service Coordinator (Lead CSIC) will act as a liaison for Company and partnering Community Based Organizations. The Lead CSIC will procure MOU agreements, manage the referral, placement, attendance, and completion of all program participants enrolling in Company's internal Community Service and Internship opportunities for specific programs. The Lead CSIC will also track the progress of both Provider developed assignments and normal Concurrent assignments. The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Microsoft office (including Excel, PowerPoint and word), be an efficient communicator (in person and in email), and a strong multi-tasker. This Role requires travel. Based out of our Harlem office but will work from our Staten Island office as well.The Lead CSIC?s duties will include but is not limited to:? Working with management, create new Community Service and Internship opportunities within the community? Travel to various organizations across the city to create and maintain relationships and MOU agreements.? Daily outreach to Community Service & Internship providers to ensure participants are reporting daily? Working with providers to track attendance participation of enrolled participants? Ensuring providers are receiving the desired amount of interns? Engaging providers and pitching more volunteer or internship slots? Working with Service Coordinator team to assign and de-assign participants from providers? Work with Lead Service Coordinators and Site Directors to track Concurrent Assignments? Working with upper management to track progress with Internal provider assignment towards SPOT target? Additional tasks assigned by ManagementEducation and Experience Requirements:? High school diploma or GED required? Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred? Experience in quota/goal based employment preferred? One year experience in case management or employment service program preferred? Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient typist? Ability to work with customers in a caring and respectful manner and with due understanding of and consideration for their unique circumstances? Excellent organizational, written, email composing, and verbal communication skills? Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment? Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently? Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time?
