Located in the Richmond area this company is building a leading information-based technology platform.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:? High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification? Possess the ability to multi taskRESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include providing excellent service, via phone and web; answering phone calls, emails, and participating in internet web chats to assist customers with concerns, account and general inquiries, public website, and other member related service questions. Identify and recommend appropriate services to best meet customers? needs. Participate in promotions and meet monthly goals. In this role, you will assess our customers? various needs to provide expert service and advocate for the best solution to their problems.
