We are hiring Customer Service Reps NOW for a call center in Edinburg ? This is a work on-site position - you will be required to go into work. Position Features: * Start Date: August 24, 2020 * Eligible for a $500 BONUS after 4 months * Normal Business Hours, 8AM-6:30PM * NO WEEKENDS! WEEKLY PAY!! Pay: $11.54/hr (English only) or $12.02/hr if Bilingual * Room for growth! . The first 4 months you will be employed by our staffing agency, AppleOne. After that you become a permanent employee. If you have experience working as a Customer Service Professional or in a call center and are a self-motivated, multi-tasker who thinks providing excellent customer service is critical in all aspects of business then this is the position for you! Duties may include: ? Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries. ? Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information. ? Ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues. ? Attention to detail and follows all required scripts and disclosures verbatim and carefully and quickly records all relevant data necessary. ? Maintain a consistent attendance record and positive, courteous and professional attitude. Requirements/Qualifications: ? At least 1 year of recent customer service experience ? Previous call center experience preferred ? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent ? Must sound professional over the phone ? Strengths in attention to detail, ability to listen and focus, and multi-tasking.
