PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:Must have skill sets in real estate financing, leasing, and development and have the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Individual must be able to work independently to be able to see through multiple high-priority tasks from start to finish.Experience with transactions as well as litigation preferred.Responsibilities:? Oversee legal issues for multiple properties and entities and work cohesively with property management, leasing, and finance teams to take projects to the finish line? Independently handle multiple transactions and litigations from start to finish, including negotiations and contract drafting? Provide creative and solution-oriented input to projectsRequired Skills:? 10+ years of experienced large-scale retail and mixed-use projects ? Must be well-versed in commercial real estate, from financing and leasing to development and litigation.? Self-motivated, highly determined individual with strong organization and project-management skills? Able to work independently and flexibly and maintain professionalism through high-pressure assignments? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills?
