As the selected Mgr, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of a multichannel (i.e., email, phone, web, chat, text, and social media) customer care contact center. Lead a team of five (5) to ten (10) Customer Care Supervisors in the execution of their daily roles and responsibilities in support of fifty (50) to (100) agents in house & 150+ outsourced agents across multiple countries. This key role is partnered with the Executives.
