Local retail organization is expanding their team and looking for a customer focused member to join their team. This role pays $12/hr and is a Direct hire Position. Job Responsibilities: ? Oversee customer interactions at location and ensure customer service standards to promote and grow customer relationships and increase overall sales and profitability for location. ? Upsell services and products ? Excellent communication and ability to get connected in the community and build relationships ? Attention to detail and ability to be flexible and work at a fast, efficient pace is imperative for success. Company offers insurance benefits, paid vacation/sick time, and quarterly team building outings to hot spots in Memphis. Bonus incentive opportunities based on performance. Store operates Monday-Sunday from 8:00 am ? 6:30 pm - Must be flexible/available working weekend days. Previous Retail experience is a plus.
