Job Description :- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Interface with operations to understand and document requirements for development and fixes. ? Design and recommend business process. ? Manage full software development life cycles. ? Creating technical specifications and test plans. ? Acts as a communication point externally for internal departments as well as takes escalations from departments on customer support issues. ? ASA will possess the requisite skillset to Analyze, troubleshoot or allocate resources to support issues. ? Preparing and maintaining general up-to-date documentation on trouble shooting steps and Business flow as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Customer support experience. ? Analytical knowledge to analyze and trouble shoots support issues. ? Knowledge in basic SQL Queries and coding with C# is a plus. ? Willing to learn basic SQL Queries and coding with C#. ? Automated testing and programming experience is a plus. ? Ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively ?
