Call Center Representative National Mortgage Company is looking for a hard-working representative who can support the customer service department. 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Lots of overtime available! Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing detailed account service information; resolving account issues; establishing new clientele. Job Duties: ? Manage customer accounts by recording account and order information. ? Maintains customer records by updating account information. ? Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. ? Maintains financial accounts by accurately processing customer adjustments. ? Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. ? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must Haves: ? Must have at least 1 year of call center experience ? Must be detail oriented ? Must be flexible Benefits: ?
