    Job Description

    Fast Paced Global Transportation Freight Forwarding seeking a qualified Customer Service/Quote/Rate Analyst's to join our dynamic customer service team. Must have experience working in Transportation/Freight/Logistics type environment.This position will be responsible for:Assisting with the daily operations of a freight brokerage, including scheduling and tracking shipments, negotiating with freight carriers and handling customer questions. Interacting with customers and maintaining positive customer and carrier relations. Tasks may include preparing spreadsheets and financial reports, filing insurance claims, and setting shipping rates.Ensure bookings, rates, routing and quotes coming into departments are handled appropriately per destination. FTL/LTL/ FCL/LCL, Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of industry related experience. NVOCC experience within the domestic trade lane, pricing, customer service, and rate quoting (a huge plus) Must have excellent communication skills (verbal &written), be dependable, punctual, a team player, detail oriented and Proficient in Microsoft Office.Apply for this great position as a Customer Service/Quote/Rate Analyst today!
