Very stable growing manufacturing company is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator! We are looking for someone with great administrative and people skills.We offer a competitive salary and quarterly bonuses, casual dress and excellent benefits.Duties include:Research, prepare, obtain or analyze data for sales divisions (sales units/dollars, forecasts, order history, etc.)Draft/edit documents, correspondences, memos, meeting minutes, presentation materials, etc.Coordinate with multiple departments to obtain needed information and fulfill all steps for sales presentations, product introductions, etc.Handle external inquiries from customers' multiple organizational levels.Handle internal inquiries regarding customers or documents related to all sales divisions.Track rebates/credits/commissions for customers/reps.Job Skills and Requirements:QuickBooksDegree and/or 1-2 years experience.Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple projects; detail oriented and organized.Ability to analyze and resolve situations quicklyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Windows OS (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and internet usage.Please send resume for immediate consideration!
