ATTENTION ALL PET LOVERS!

Pet resort in Paradise Valley seeking active, hard-working, kind receptionist to join our front desk team. Shifts are ten hours (7am to 6pm) three to four days a week (including Saturday). Starting salary at $15/hour with opportunity for raise to $16/hour at 90 days based on performance.

SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A DESK JOB!

While some of your duties will include your typical receptionist responsibilities, you’ll also be expected to handle dogs (of all sizes), cats and other small animals as you escort them to their rooms on arrival and back to the lobby on departure.

Other responsibilities include:

• Answering phones with a smile
• Opening doors for clients/guests
• Making appointments for daycare, boarding, & grooming
• Processing paperwork for all guests
• Giving tours to potential clients, presenting contracts and upselling amenities
• Handling money and payment processing
• Keeping lobby clean and welcoming
• Cleaning up after pets when necessary
