    Tuesday - Friday : 8:00AM - 5:00PM

    Saturday : 7:00AM - 1:00PM

    Training hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM (3-4 weeks)

    Job description:

    Bray & Scarff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator. As the Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless delivery process for our customers. With your exceptional customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of product delivery, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

    Coordinate the delivery of products to customers and ensure timely and efficient delivery routes.

    Provide timely responses to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from both the sales team and valued customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

    Communicate delivery schedule and any changes to customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.

    Assist with the coordination of deliveries with external service providers or contractors, ensuring adherence to Bray & Scarff's high-quality standards.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including tracking delivery orders, confirming completion, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

    Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the availability and readiness of products for delivery, conducting quality checks and inspections as needed.

    Continuously evaluate delivery processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Process next day delivery requests from the sales team.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the delivery process and enhance customer satisfaction.

    Calculate commissions for drivers on a bi-weekly basis and review driver paperwork for shipments.

    Key Traits for Success

    Previous experience in logistics or order coordination, preferably in a retail or customer-focused environment.

    Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

    Priority given to those who are bilingual (preferred, not required)

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external service providers.

    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, delivery tracking software, and inventory management systems.

    Knowledge of relevant transportation and delivery regulations and best practices.

    A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with composure and professionalism.

    Ability to de-escalate in high stress situations.
