Parts Department Specialist – $15–$20/hour Advantage Appliance Repair, Inc.

Advantage Appliance Repair, Inc., a trusted W Service partner, is seeking an experienced Parts Department Specialist to manage daily parts operations and support our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process parts orders and maintain vendor relationships.

Handle part and core returns; track warranty credits.

Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving.

Pick and pack parts for service calls.

Assist customers with parts inquiries.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping and receiving procedures.

Experience with appliance parts identification and distributors.

Previous appliance parts counter sales experience preferred.

Proficient in inventory control and Microsoft Office 365.

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Physically able to bend continuously and lift up to 50 lbs.

Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
