Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances while maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism. This position offers a supportive team environment, ongoing training, and a strong focus on work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances including refrigerators, ranges, ovens, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand required services.

• Order necessary parts and ensure efficient use of company resources.

• Collect payment for completed work.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• EPA Certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Sealed system repair experience.

Location & Compensation:

• Tempe, AZ.

• Minimum pay starts at $20/hour with potential to earn $60+/hour based on experience and performance.
