We're a busy handyman company in Chicago. We get steady calls for appliance repair and don't have anyone on the team dedicated to it yet — looking for someone who can take the lead on that work and pitch in on general handyman jobs when appliance calls are lighter.

What you'll do

Diagnose and repair major appliances — refrigerators, washers/dryers, dishwashers, ranges/ovens, microwaves, disposals

General handyman work when appliance calls are lighter — repairs, fixtures, drywall, and more

Communicate directly with homeowners about diagnosis, options, and pricing

Work independently and keep clean job notes

What we need

Experience diagnosing and repairing major home appliances (Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, etc.)

General handyman or trades experience a plus

Manufacturer or EPA 608 certification is a plus

Reliable vehicle and basic tools

Shows up on time, works clean, acts professional

Compensation: $26.00 per hour
