Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to commercial businesses to install new appliances and diagnose and repair their existing ones. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Responsibilities

Respond to client requests for appliance service

Evaluate and diagnose appliance problems

Repair appliances

Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services

Adhere to manufacturer recommendations

Maintain accurate and detailed records

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred

Valid driver’s license

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Excellent customer service skills
