Appliance Repair Technician – Paid Training, No Weekends, Up to $30/hr + Bonuses
Tager Appliance Repair is hiring.
We are an award-winning, family-owned appliance repair company serving the Kansas City area, and we are looking for the right person to join our team.
This position can work for someone with appliance repair experience, or someone mechanically inclined who is willing to learn the trade the right way.
What we offer:
Starting pay at $20/hour during training
$25/hour during the ramp-up period after training
$27/hour once fully released and consistently running a full schedule
Growth potential up to $30/hour
Bonus potential up to an extra $1,000/month
Average week is around 45 hours
Time and a half paid after 40 hours
No weekends
No major holidays

Valid driver’s license
Clean, professional appearance

Able to use a phone for job notes, photos, and invoicing
Willing to follow company systems

For someone new to appliance repair, we provide structured training and a real path to grow.
You are not on your own. Our office handles scheduling, customer calls, parts support, and follow-up, so our technicians can focus on repairing appliances.
