Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to join a growing service team in OKC, Yukon/Mustang area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and helping customers restore functionality to their homes. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a team that values training, work-life balance, and a positive culture, no nights or weekends required.
Employment Type: Full time-$20-$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and refrigerators
- Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
- Order necessary parts and manage company materials efficiently
- Collect payment for completed services
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and attention to detail while working independently in the field
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Location & Compensation:
- OKC, Yukon/Mustang area
- Pay range: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
