Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians who enjoy troubleshooting, working with their hands, and improving the lives of families in their community. This role offers a supportive team culture, guaranteed weekly hours, ongoing training, and a strong work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding required services.

• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.

• Collect payment for completed work.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.

• Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• At least 18 years old.

Preferred Skills:

• EPA certification.

• Sealed system repair experience.

Location & Compensation:

• Location: Orange Park, Florida

• Pay: $20.00 – $60.00+ per hour (based on experience and performance, with bonus and commission opportunities).
