What You Will Doing:
You'll be the master of the schedule- the one who makes sure our techs are in the right place at the right time. You'll:
Book service calls and schedule our techs like a boss
Keep customers in the loop on ETAS and follow-ups
Plan efficient routes for max productivity
Keep service records nd work for repairs
Order and track parts for repairs
Be the friendly voice customers trust when they call us
Team up with our service manager to keep operations smooth
What We're Looking For:
Experienced in dispatching or customer service= awesome (but not required)
Organized, multitasking machine
Great Communicator with a positive vibe
Tech-savvy and cool wit scheduling software
Team player with a "let's get it done" attitude
