Appliance Service Office Coordinator Farm and Home Hardware – Ashland, OH Schedule: 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers and supporting a team to deliver outstanding service? Farm and Home Hardware is looking for an Appliance Service Office Coordinator to join our growing Service Department.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for appliance service customers—answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide updates.

Coordinate with service technicians to manage daily schedules and routes.

Enter and track service orders, parts requests, and warranty claims with accuracy.

Keep customers informed with clear, professional communication.

Support the Service Manager with reporting, paperwork, and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills—both in person and over the phone.

Comfort with computer systems (POS, scheduling, or service software experience a plus).

A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Prior office or service coordination experience preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person!
