What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair a wide range of major appliances from various manufacturers, adhering to all guidelines and requirements.
Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians internal and external to ensure customer satisfaction.
Complete daily paperwork and perform parts lookups
Create a welcoming service environment in customers' homes, delivering not just repairs but an exceptional service experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Proficient computer skills for navigating web-based applications.
Experience with major household appliances, especially in sealed systems.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must pass a background check (no felonies).
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proficiency to navigate web-based technology
Household appliance experience including sealed systems.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Occasionally required to stretch, climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
