    Heydlauff's Appliance Service is looking for a talented Appliance Service Technician to join our team!

    As an Appliance Service Technician, you are a key member of the team responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances and other equipment. You also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

    Responsibilities:

    Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide range of major household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, and more.

    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining repairs, and offering advice on appliance care and maintenance.

    Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each repair

    Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or a similar role.

    Strong understanding of appliance mechanics, electronics, and technical troubleshooting.

    Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

    Solid communication skills to interact with customers and explain technical concepts clearly.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification from a technical school is a plus.

    Sealed system capabilities, where applicable, will be considered a significant advantage.

    Must be willing to cross train on other products
