Our training program gives you the opportunity to learn appliance repair and refrigeration while earning an income instead of taking on years of college debt.
We want to be upfront: this is an apprenticeship and the starting pay reflects that. You are being paid while we invest significant time, training, and resources into teaching you a skilled trade.

You Don't Need Appliance Repair Experience
Experience is helpful, but character and aptitude matter more.
You may be a great candidate if you have experience in automotive repair, maintenance, HVAC, electrical work, construction, manufacturing, equipment operation, facilities maintenance, or another hands-on field.
You may also be someone who simply has strong mechanical aptitude and has always been the person who likes figuring out why something doesn't work.

A willingness to learn appliance repair at a professional level

Background, drug, and driving screenings are required.
