    POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of HR will collaborate with internal partners (Payroll, Benefits and Finance) to support the business through a wide range of HR responsibilities, including benefits administration, HR compliance and will support the processes required for timely and accurate processing of HR and Payroll data. In addition, will develop and/or enhance existing processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for day to day HRIS transactions including pay rate changes, change of address, promotions, terminations etc. Manage leaves of absences, including FMLA leave, and workers compensation claims. Provide internal expertise and support to respond to employee questions regarding company benefits, company policy and payroll. Identify areas for process improvements. Handle all HR compliance and identifying opportunities for process improvements and more efficient administration. Accountable for processes, controls and results with willingness to research and resolve transactional issues. Support the performance management process through the review and confirmation of transaction files during critical pay cycles (bonus, year-end, annual reviews). Assist with the compilation and analysis of metrics and ad hoc reporting. Understand and communicate wide policies and procedures when necessary KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Demonstrated project management skills Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience and ability to make informed decision based on data Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships both internally and externallyDemonstrated experience working in a team environment Experience handling confidential and sensitive information EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:BA/BS4-5 years of related experience in an HR role that entailed working with benefits, payroll and/or FMLA administration.
