    HELP DESK SUPPORT

    DESCRIPTION   

    The Applicant Insight Production Support Team is seeking a Help Desk Support Associate to be the initial contact for system issues to internal and external personnel.

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    • Monitor the Production Support email box / Cherwell portal and telephone
    • Troubleshoot issues to determine the cause of the issue and if it cannot be initially resolved forward to the applicable party for resolution
    • Document the appropriate resolutions so there is a knowledgebase for if / when the same issue occurs again
    • Ensure all issues are properly prioritized / resolved / escalated in a timely manner
    • Send applicable incident notifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively with users at all levels
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to independently solve problems and to think “out of the box”
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as a part of a team
    • Pays attention to detail and can  handle pressure
    • General working knowledge of at least some of Applicant Insight’s applications
    • Desire to increase knowledge about all of Applicant Insight’s systems
    • Willingness to take direction from senior team members
    • Any other duties as assigned by your Manager
