Application Developer with expertise in Process Management / Business Process Management (BPM).

Specializes in implementing integration components using best practices, methods, and standards such as:

Services integration

WebSphere Integration Developer (WID/WWI)

IDD

BPEL

Applies knowledge of:

Industry-specific capability models

Process models (BPMN)

Service models

Business object models

Streamlines development and testing of Automated Process projects.

Possesses a strong understanding of process workflow and orchestration to build applications integrating multiple systems.

Capable of handling technical aspects of automating re-imagined processes/workflows, including:

Customization of models and processes

Solution outline

Development, testing, and operational phases

Required Skills

Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM CP4BA – Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM BPM).

Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0, including:

Business Process Diagrams (BPD)

Routing

Loops

Gateways

Experience building user interfaces using:

Coaches and Coach Views

Supporting technologies such as CSS and JavaScript

Hands-on experience with integration services, including:

REST and SOAP web services

XML, JSON

AJAX for external system integration

Solid understanding of:

Database concepts

Data structures

SQL syntax

Experience deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, including:

Red Hat OpenShift

Kubernetes

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments.

Experience in BAW performance tuning and troubleshooting.
