What You'll Do

As an Application Developer , you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing internally developed business applications and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support business applications throughout the software development lifecycle
• Create and maintain application code, databases, and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while identifying long-term solutions
• Develop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and reliability
• Maintain thorough technical and user documentation
• Participate in software development lifecycle and project management activities
• Work across multiple platforms and technologies to deliver the best solution for each business need
• Support continuous improvement efforts and development best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

_ This is a Spokane-based hybrid role. This position is in office 3 days/week and the ability for 2 days a week remote. For initial onboarding and training or special projects, more time in office may be required._

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive application development experience
• Experience developing applications across multiple tiers, including user interface, business logic, and database layers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies

• Microsoft SQL Server
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• T-SQL
• Visual Studio
• Microsoft development technologies and frameworks
• Database design and development
• DevOps practices
• Application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting

Additional Information

The minimum and maximum salary range for this full-time position is $83k - $105k + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
