Position Summary

The Application Developer will support and enhance enterprise applications within the Clinical Quality Measurement and Reporting group. The ideal candidate should be a strong SQL and .NET developer capable of working in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages (SQL Server 2019)
• Build and support C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC applications
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL performance and existing code
• Write technical specifications, perform unit testing, and meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business users; mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Strong expertise in T-SQL on SQL Server 2019
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL performance tuning
• Advanced C# and Object-Oriented Programming experience
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.0+, ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio 2022+
• Proficiency with XML, JSON, HTML, and jQuery
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver solutions without supervision
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Familiarity with healthcare quality measurement or reporting (a plus)
