Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Job Location: Irving TX & Westlake TX – Onsite – Only Locals – F2F interview

Must have skills:

Knowledge of Banking apps – High level

Application Monitoring knowledge / Monitoring tools like Datadog/Thousand Eyes

Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Strong communication skill.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Understanding of database tables, constraints, and relationships.

Familiarity with data pipelines and ETL concepts.

Basic understanding of message queues such as RabbitMQ.

Monitor application and database logs.

Check system health dashboards and job status reports.

Ability to read and interpret logs.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic Linux/command-line knowledge is a plus

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
