Applications Development Analyst – Oracle EPM

About the Role:

Are you an Oracle EPM expert ready to take on a high-impact role at the intersection of tax, finance, and technology? This is your opportunity to work on a mission-critical tax project supporting Oracle EPM applications—including TRCS, FCCS, and more. You’ll collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders across Controllership and Tax, playing a key role in monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes.

This hybrid position (3 days/week onsite in NYC) offers visibility, cross-functional collaboration , and the chance to contribute to a phased transformation initiative alongside a global team. If you're looking for your next professional challenge, this is it.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications

• Provide hands-on technical and functional expertise across TRCS, FCCS, and EPRCS

• Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to implement system and process improvements

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate as needed

• Collaborate closely with offshore teammates in India and onsite colleagues in NYC

• Provide BAU (Business-As-Usual) support and monitor application performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in the Oracle EPM suite (especially TRCS, FCCS, EPRCS, Essbase)

• Strong understanding of tax provisioning, compliance, and financial close processes

• Hands-on experience with Smart View, Data Management, Business Rules , and task management

• Ability to bridge technical and functional needs, working across IT and business groups

• Bachelor’s degree required
