    The Role We’re seeking a resourceful, technically sharp Applications Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, works collaboratively with clients and partners, and wants to be part of a company where their work directly impacts the future of manufacturing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Become an expert in the CAPPS software suite and its integration with inspection systems and CNC platforms

    Support our global distribution network with technical sales, demos, and customer engagement

    Lead installations, training sessions, and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site

    Develop custom inspection programs based on client specifications

    Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored solutions that improve quality and efficiency

    Travel as required to support client success and project execution - up to 2.5 weeks a month

    Must have Qualifications

    2+ years of experience in inspection, quality, metrology, or GD&T

    Confidence in presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences

    Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset

    Flexibility and willingness to work hours that align with client schedules

    Qualified to handle sensitive data

    Preferred Qualifications

    CNC experience

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
