Applications and Field Service Engineer

Vicivision America is seeking an Applications and Field Service Engineer to join our exciting and growing team in Scottsdale, AZ.

As an Applications and Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of the customers' success with Vicivision America.

Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Assisting end users and Vicivision representatives as the technical expert of our product lines.

· In-house testing of customer applications in our Scottsdale showroom.

· Assist Vicivision sales staff with technical topics during product application demonstrations and trade shows.

· Installation and calibration of Vicivision systems domestically and internationally.

· Training customers on the proper use of Vicivision hardware and software.

· After-sales support and troubleshooting of Vicivision hardware and software.

· Creating technical documents and procedures for internal and external use.

· Participate in setup, teardown, and staffing of Vicivision trade show booths.

Required qualifications:

· MUST BE A US CITIZEN & RESIDENT.

· Associate degree in a technical field required. Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.

· Previous experience with GD&T, metrology, CNC turning, CMM's, and industrial manufacturing preferred.

· Willing and able to travel at least 75% of the time domestically and internationally.

· Willing and able to work onsite in customer’s manufacturing facilities, while wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment and observing all safety rules.

· Adhere to all US export control laws, such as ITAR, while working with sensitive documents and parts.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· High level of technical communication skills.

· Familiarity with CAD.

· Adaptive to changing deadlines and travel schedules on short notice.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Must pass a background check and drug test.

· Must have valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.
