Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced engineer excited to own and shape core systems at the intersection of GenAI and real-world impact. You'll work closely with the founders to build and deploy powerful LLM-based workflows that help legal teams win their cases.

****What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based solutions for reasoning over documents

• Build scalable, high-performance AI systems to process unstructured data at scale

• Experiment with new research ideas, evaluation strategies, and model behaviors

• Collaborate on product strategy and system architecture in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

****What We're Looking For

• Deep experience building production systems powered by LLMs

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with GenAI operations and tooling

• Background in NLP or information retrieval is a plus

• Experience in fast-paced environments or startups—bias for ownership and execution

• Clear thinker, strong communicator, and excited to build alongside a small, driven team

• Passion for applying AI to high-stakes, real-world problems—legal industry or otherwise
