Applied Analytics Intern
Location: New Albany, Ohio (minimum of 3 days per week in office)
Duration: 20-40 pre-scheduled hours per week for 8-12 weeks

Role Overview:
Reveleer partners with health plans to power value-based care and risk adjustment programs through advanced analytics, technology, and clinical expertise. Our work ensures accurate documentation, improved patient outcomes, and more efficient healthcare operations.
Reveleer's Applied Analytics Internship Program is designed as a two-summer experience designed for high-potential undergraduate students interested in healthcare analytics, operations, and artificial intelligence.
This program provides hands-on exposure to both operational workflows and advanced analytics, with a focus on developing and testing AI-driven solutions to improve medical record retrieval processes, which is one of the most critical components of risk adjustment.

Summer 1: Operations + Applied Experimentation
Interns will be embedded within the Medical Record Retrieval team, where they will:
Learn end-to-end retrieval operations and workflows
Participate directly in retrieval activities to build domain expertise
Collaborate with the Applied Analytics team on experimental AI initiatives
Test and evaluate AI tools designed to improve retrieval efficiency
Help define and track key performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, yield, accuracy)
Document findings and contribute to process improvement recommendations
Summer 2: Analytics + AI Development
Returning interns will transition into the Applied Analytics team, where they will:
Build and maintain data pipelines supporting retrieval and analytics workflows
Develop and refine algorithms and AI tools to optimize retrieval processes
Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Design experiments to measure the impact of AI-driven interventions
Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

Curiosity about how operational processes work and how to improve them
Interest in applied AI (not just theory, but someone who wants to build and test things)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to engage in hands-on operational work
Self-starter mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn quickly
Compensation:
