Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. (www.abcreal.com) is seeking an HR Assistant ($16/HR) to join our team! THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. You will perform activities in human resources from on boarding new hires to retaining existing hires, and tasks in between.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help to screen, recruit, potential employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files hard copy and electronically.
• Managing office supplies
• Employment verification
• Mailings (monthly/annual)
• Updating forms
• Distributing policies company wide Completing misc. tasks/Special projects assigned by COO with necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• AA DEGREE ONLY APPLY (NOTHING HIGHER THAN AN AA DEGREE WILL BE CONSIDERED.) OR
• 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
