    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    JOB SUMMARY: responsible for coordinating and assisting in a variety of administrative duties in an office and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. The position will complete a diverse range of administrative tasks that are integral to regular office function. Duties will range from managing packages, managing office supplies, responding to incoming various emails, and completing other administrative functions.                                                             

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
    • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and packages
    • Help office conform to policies and procedures
    • Answer incoming calls and direct to correct representative
    • Respond to incoming emails, and forward to correct representative
    • Send deadline reminders to clients and employees
    • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
    • Work with other department members to assist in completion of all client payroll
    • Complete other tasks as assigned

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of business administration or related experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong sense of task ownership
