WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Our consultants are responsible for consulting on and executing our website, webapp, and mobile app development projects.
*** This role DOES NOT involve any heavy programming ***
These consultants work on marketing websites and apps where UX, content, marketing principles, and a heavy emphasis on graphics and design are involved.
- Work with customers to understand their marketing objectives
- Define scope, solutions, define requirements, develop an executable plan, and identify resource needs, timelines, and costs
· Work on User Experience, Information Architecture, and content organization
· Collect and organize content
· Work with copywriter, designer, and UX staff to put together a website design
· Work with project managers and developers to assemble and launch the website
· Must be knowledgeable of Wordpress, Google Analytics, and a bit about SEO principles
- Provide marketing assistance to our sales team in putting together project scopes and quotes for sales proposals
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years' experience working directly with clients as a PM/consultant or as part of a team of consultants, analyzing detailed technology related requirements and specification designs
- Deep expertise with Wordpress, Google Analytics, and SEO
- Experience leading and guiding teams to build large web sites, web apps, and/or mobile apps
- Must be organized and communicate effectively. Experience with organizing large web application efforts with multiple stakeholders, developers, designers, and marketers
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels, including strong presentation development and delivery as well as business and technical writing
- Highly competent with project management software
- A history of mentoring and or coaching others with a focus on balanced feedback while effectively communicating development needs
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resources
NICE TO HAVES:
- Google Analytics experience
- UX, graphics experience
- Programming experience (PHP, Wordpress, HTML, CSS)
EDUCATION
- Bachelor' s degree in Website, Marketing, Graphics or related field; or equivalent work experience
