    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    You will be a key member of the founding team focusing on developing technologies for automated environmental health and safety. You will report directly to the founders and focus on products for the heavy industrial sector (mining, utilities, manufacturing) to build category-defining products in the worker health and safety space.

    • Lead a cross-functional team of engineering, design, and data. You'll uncover key user insights through data and heuristics to guide product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for features and initiatives.
    • Drive both 0-1 new feature development as well as incremental improvements to existing features
    • Develop and measure success metrics after release. Consistently integrate behavior data and customer feedback into essential product decisions.
    • Identify key customer/user requirements and translate them into stories
    • Conduct user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction
    • Communicate (verbally and written) with a diverse set of stakeholders to set and adjust expectations
    • You will work with the founding team to build out the product roadmap and develop key strategies for growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • One or two years of experience working in product management. Strong preference will be given to those with a background in hardware and regulated industries.
    • Proactive in identifying and resolving strategic issues.
    • Experience with end to end product development
    • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definitions
    • Experience with mapping value propositions to product features
    • Engineering background and ability to coordinate between sales and engineering around feature decisions and strategies.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail where precision and accuracy matter.
    • Strong communication skills, and thrives in collaborative and independent working environments.
    • Data-driven and solid analytical skills.
    • Executive presence to influence teams and leaders at all levels.
