    Responsibilities

    • Provide efficient application support and administration, including incident resolution, change implementation, request fulfilment, and problem management follow up
    • Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders and partners
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and act on them
    • Thoroughly and accurately document problems and resolutions in service desk system and employee knowledgebase
    • Work proficiently with minimal daily guidance
    • Maintain a professional, collaborative, courteous, and respectful manner and provide high quality service to all users

    Responsibilities

    • Understand the scope of work of all projects (what is included vs what is not) and keep the team within scope
    • Create relationships with clients and engage with them to understand project needs and deliverables
    • Develop timelines and ensure the team adheres to completion of the project
    • Plan & control costs so the project is completed within the approved budget; includes resource planning & cost budgeting
    • Work with the Account Director, or other senior staff, to ensure the project meets the needs for which it was executed
    • Organize and manage processes for the project team; ensuring all team members have the information they need to complete tasks
    • Learn to identify, analyze, and properly respond to project risks & see opportunities; know when to involve senior leadership
    • With input from Account Director, or other senior staff, acquire products or services from external sources; manage contracts; buyer/vendor relationships
    • Work effectively and collaboratively within a team. Understand when to pull in talent and leadership and how to hear, consider, and adapt to inputs
    • With input from Account Director, or other senior staff, define new project scopes and what is needed to execute and complete project scope; set objectives, develop a plan to achieve goals, and see the big picture
    • Oversee the progress and performance of all aspects of projects; adapting the plan as needed, leveraging team talent, adherence to the budget and all client reporting requirement
    • Effectively communicate with team members and utilize skills to ensure excellence of execution for clients

    Requirements

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
    • Strong communication skills, willingness to jump in, to listen carefully, and to align with team and company goals
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • High level of professionalism

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in a technical application support role working with Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion SCM
    • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Fusion modules: Oracle Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Shipping, Supply Chain Finance Orchestration, Global Trade Management
    • Functional knowledge of core Supply Chain processes (supply planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, etc.)
    • Professional fluency in English required
