Job Description and Responsibilities: * Engages in recruiting effort to support full-time and contract technical hires * Conduct phone and/or preliminary interviews. * Maintains an understanding of technical job descriptions and requirements * Develops and posts position descriptions to advertise job openings to best identify and attract high quality candidates * Pursues active and passive candidates using traditional tools, databases and techniques; evaluates candidate technical qualifications, and conducts pre-screen interviews to assess candidate experience * Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships. * Develops proactive strategies to continuously improve recruiting results. * Maintains appropriate records and creates and maintains tracking reports summarizing work accomplished. Qualifications: * Superior telephone and email communication skills * Team player with a high energy, self-motivated, positive and winning attitude. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented business processes. * Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Education and Experience: * No experience required - we will train for the role. * BA/BS degree
