A& A CLEANING is a growing professional homecare company providing cleaning services for residences and commercial properties in the Metro Atlanta with plans of expansion and major growth. Experience with professional cleaning service preferred, however we provide full on the job training.

Currently, this is a part time house cleaning tech position with an average of 20 hours per week with the potential of becoming full time. The right candidate has also the opportunity to become a lead tech, supervisor, or manager.

Most cleaning tasks require some kind of movement, which may also be repetitive, like vacuuming a large room. You must be in reasonable good physical shape to safely perform the cleaning tasks, which may include but are not limited to stooping, bending, crouching, reaching (high/low), pushing, pulling, lifting, kneeling, climbing, etc. We handle task such one-time cleaning, recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, green cleaning, and commercial cleaning.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Be able to clean homes from top to bottom; this includes cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, a variety of different surfaces, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc. Most cleaning tasks require some kind of movement, which may also be repetitive, like vacuuming a large room. You must be in reasonable good physical shape to safely perform the cleaning tasks, which may include but are not limited to stooping, bending, crouching, reaching (high/low), pushing, pulling, lifting, kneeling, climbing, etc.

TEAMMATES REQUIREMENTS

MUST be honest, reliable, and dependable

Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with outgoing personality

Must be in physically fit to perform repetitive and strenuous cleaning tasks.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and push up to 50 pounds

Must have a valid driver license

Must have a vehicle with valid insurance

Must have access to smart phone with internet access.

Must pass a national criminal background check

Must pass a drug screening
